Sumario: | The business software development sector generated an investment of US$ 783,000 million as of August 2022 worldwide, which represents an increase of 7.1% compared to the period of the previous year, in the Peruvian case the development of Business software is mostly made by SMEs, which constitute 63% of the supply; However, despite the efforts made by these companies, the existing software development standards are not framed in the contexts of productivity and competitiveness that are required in a sector that is increasingly demanding in terms of immediate responses to their requests, which makes them difficult. development and growth of the market, the lack of adequate processes and methodologies that allow them to adequately manage their projects, causes them to increase their costs, causing delays in the deliveries of the ordered software and generates low customer satisfaction, which has generated a situation of competitive disadvantage both to serve the internal and eternal markets, which makes it unviable to export the software to the main markets close to Peru: Argentina and the United States of America, therefore, this research aims to contribute to the Innovation of software development processes in SMEs by proposing a methodology that allows improving development times and reducing activities that do not generate value, with the aim of increasing profitability through the application of Lean Service and Digital Transformation methodologies, main. The results of the methodology were the reduction of software times, the increase in customer satisfaction and, as a consequence of the above, an increase in profitability. |
