description El proyecto de tesis es un Centro Comunitario Educativo en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, en la provincia y región de Lima. El presente trabajo plantea el diseño de un proyecto arquitectónico de carácter comunitario-educativo, de administración municipal y cuyo énfasis es brindar el equipamiento complementario carente de la infraestructura educativa actual. El proyecto tiene como finalidad la creación de espacios públicos y equipamientos urbanos para el desarrollo de la vida diaria de la comunidad, maximizando el uso del suelo disponible, favoreciendo las áreas recreativas y brindando animación y seguridad a la zona.
