Los precios de dichos materiales se han elevado y la reactivación económica aún está en proceso. Es por ello que se creó Milista.com, una tienda virtual de venta de materiales para proyectos de ingeniería y arquitectura con servicio de entrega a domicilio. El servicio tiene una cobertura en Lima Metropolitana cumpliendo todos los protocolos de bioseguridad sugeridos por el MINSA. La propuesta de valor radica en que es un servicio automatizado para la compra de materiales que estará disponible las 24 horas los siete días de la semana, el manejo de los mejores precios de todo el mercado y el más rápido y eficiente servicio de entrega a domicilio. Este proyecto es viable y rentable según lo demostrado en los indicadores de rentabilidad presentados en el presente plan de negocio.

This need has increased due to the impact of COVID-19 in Peru, which has caused most of the physical stores to close due to the government's decree at the beginning of the year. The prices of these materials have risen and the economic recovery is still in process. That is why Milista.com was created, a virtual store for the sale of materials for engineering and architecture projects with a home delivery service. The service has coverage in Metropolitan Lima, complying with all the biosafety protocols suggested by MINSA. The value proposition is that it is an automated service for the purchase of materials that will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the best prices in the entire market and the fastest and most efficient home delivery service.
