El presente proyecto nace debido al exceso del consumo de comida rápida, grasa saturada, grasa trans, azúcar, sodio, entre otros. Según Instituto Nacional de Salud (INS) el 70 % de la población entre hombres y mujeres padecen de obesidad y sobrepeso perjudicando su salud a largo plazo. Para realizar este proyecto empresarial se necesita una inversión total de S/.47,489.00 la cual incluye inversión tangible, intangible, capital de trabajo y gastos pre operativos, dinero que se necesitara para comenzar las operaciones del proyecto, los accionistas realizarán un aporte propio del 60% del dinero que se necesita para ser realidad el proyecto, pero además, se requiere de inversores externos para completar el resto de la inversión, solo para fines del curso se considera financiamiento tradicional (bancos).
