Se identificaron los museos y galerías existentes en la ciudad de Lima que prestan sus insta-laciones para presentar exposiciones relacionadas a la temática erótica, llegando a la conclusión de que no existe un lugar permanente para la exposición de las mismas. Se determinó el Centro Cultural Cine Olaya ubicado en Chorri-llos para el emplazamiento de la propuesta de diseño, propo-niendo la Implementación de una Galería para la exposición de Arte, con la finalidad de reactivar y generar una nueva zona cultural y espacio para nuevos artistas contemporáneos.Se presentan: el Diagnóstico para determinar la ubicación de la preexistencia; el análisis FODA del entorno y de la preexis-tencia. el análisis de Usuario y Funciones; las Estrategias de Diseño (Organizativa, Experiencia, Espacial y Formal); y el Proyecto en sí, presentando Levantamiento, Master Plan, Sec-tor, Mobiliario y Vistas generales del proyecto.

Existing mu-seums and galleries in the city of Lima that lend their facilities to present exhibitions related to erotic themes were identified, reaching the conclusion that there is no permanent place for exhibiting them.The Cine Olaya Cultural Center located in Chorrillos was de-termined for the location of the design proposal, proposing the Implementation of a Gallery for the Art exhibition, in order to reactivate and generate a new cultural area and space for new contemporary artists.They are presented: the Diagnosis to determine the location of the preexistence; SWOT analysis of the environment and pre-existence.
