Se examinan detalladamente los diferentes métodos constructivos existentes, como la construcción volumétrica, la construcción híbrida, la construcción con paneles y el uso de contenedores y luego finalizar con las fichas que describen los proyectos arquitectónicos en los que he participado como asistente en diseño arquitectónico. He presentado 13 proyectos de los cuales, se han seleccionado tres para su desarrollo y explicación al detalle. El tercer capítulo presento el desarrollo de 3 proyectos arquitectónicos para la construcción modular. Debo indicar que no elegí grandes proyectos por su complejidad y así poder desarrollar una síntesis para entender mejor la arquitectura modular Hors-Site y la técnica de trabajo en cuanto al diseño y fabricación. Se eligieron estos 3 proyectos debido a que son proyectos que resumen los dos tipos de concepción y ensamblaje modular que ha desarrollado ACTIMODUL-FRANCIA. Hablaré más adelante de 2 tipos de construcción modular: EVOLUCION y PERFORMANCE más detalladamente. Para ubicarnos el tipo “EVOLUCION” es un tipo de construcción modular con muros y techos realizados con paneles de tipo sándwich y una estructura principal metálica y que al pasar de los años dio nacimiento al tipo “PERFORMACE” cuya estructura metálica principal es más resistente y muros exteriores en carpintería de marcos de madera con materiales de insolación ecológicas aumentando su rendimiento térmico.

The different existing construction methods, such as volumetric construction, hybrid construction, the construction with panels and the use of containers and then finish with the sheets describing the architectural projects in which I have participated as an assistant in architectural design. I have submitted 13 projects of which three have been selected for development and explanation in detail. The third chapter presents the development of 3 architectural projects for modular construction. I should point out that I did not choose large projects because of their complexity and thus be able to develop a synthesis to better understand the Hors-Site modular architecture and the working technique in terms of design and manufacture. These 3 projects were chosen because they are projects that summarize the two types of modular design and assembly developed by ACTIMODUL-FRANCE. I will talk later about 2 types of modular construction: EVOLUTION and PERFORMANCE in more detail.
