En la industria minería, el factor tiempo es uno de los componentes más relevantes, y diariamente es afectado por las demoras operativas que se presentan en la fabricación del shotcrete en la planta de superficie, en el traslado por falla de los equipos mixers, la distancia existente y el tránsito de equipos hasta la labor solicitada, y ante la necesidad constante de mejorar los procesos y la reducción de costos para que la operación se realice de manera más eficiente se presentó el siguiente proyecto de investigación. Los cuellos de botella en la operación son las demoras operativas en el sostenimiento que ocasionan desciclado en las operaciones unitarias del proceso productivo y finalmente no se logre cumplir con el programa establecido.

In the mining industry, the time factor is one of the most relevant components, and it is daily affected by the operational delays that occur in the manufacture of shotcrete in the surface plant, in the transfer due to failure of the mixing equipment, the distance existing and the transit of equipment to the requested work, and in view of the constant need to improve processes and reduce costs so that the operation is carried out more efficiently, the following research project was presented.
