description La coyuntura mundial debido a las crisis energéticas e hidráulicas y el cambio de paradigma respecto al consumo de la energía hacen necesario presentar propuestas desde la arquitectura que sean parte del desarrollo sostenible, por otro lado las ciudades de la selva y sus alrededores deberían seguir aprovechando las ventajas que la tradición constructiva brinda, sin embargo esta se está perdiendo por no ir de la mano con el desarrollo tecnológico; todo esto y el potencial turístico de Tingo María hacen propicia la propuesta de un hotel ecológico en las afueras de la ciudad de Tingo María. Reconociendo su potencial turístico y cultural, se apuesta por un complejo hotelero, conformado por un hotel 4 estrellas, oferta escasa en la zona, sumándose usos de tipo comercial, cultural y complementarios; considerándose para dicha propuesta los factores: urbanos, normativos, funcionales, energéticos, sustentables y económicos involucrados. El proyecto busca finalmente fomentar el desarrollo sostenible mediante la arquitectura sustentable, la promoción del turismo y el empleo en la región de la provincia de Leoncio Prado en Huánuco – Perú.

Recognizing its tourist and cultural potential, it is committed to a hotel complex, made up of a 4-star hotel, a scarce offer in the area, adding commercial, cultural and complementary uses; considering for this proposal the factors: urban, regulatory, functional, energy, sustainable and economic involved.
