El proyecto cuenta con una altura de 02 pisos, un área techada de 8,720.00m 2, se ha desarrollado usos recreativos, educativos, sociales y oficinas administrativas; dentro de áreas techadas y áreas libres. Se ha indicado consideraciones para las especialidades de estructuras, instalaciones sanitarias, instalaciones eléctricas e instalaciones mecánicas (gas natural y ventilación mecánica). Se ha considerado una PTAR (Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales) para el riego de las áreas verdes abastecida de los desechos del mismo club, como para del interés sostenible.

The Recreational Center is aimed at Civil Construction workers and will be managed by CONAFOVICER (National Committee for Administration of the Fund for the Construction of Housing and Recreational Centers for Civil Construction Workers of Peru). The project has a height of 02 floors, a covered area of 8,720.00m2, recreational, educational, social uses and administrative offices have been developed; within covered areas and free areas. Considerations have been indicated for the specialties of structures , sanitary ins tallations, electrical installations and mechanical installations (natural gas and mechanical ventilation).
