En primer lugar, en el primer capítulo hablaremos del problema a investigar, y la importancia que tiene estudiar el potencial de las exportaciones de chocolate hacia el mercado de Estados Unidos. En el segundo capítulo, hablaremos de todo el marco teórico el chocolate su definición y su crecimiento a lo largo del tiempo, mediante sus exportaciones, evaluaremos las exportaciones del chocolate hacia el mercado en estudio que es Estados Unidos, por otro lado hablaremos de insumo principal del producto que es el cacao, y el porqué de la diferencia tan marcada entre las exportaciones del chocolate, frente a la del cacao, y por último, mostraremos gráficamente, las estadísticas de las exportaciones del chocolate y cacao, y en base dicha investigación se determinara si las el chocolate peruano tiene potencial o no para su exportación.
