description El estudio analiza la relación entre el emprendimiento sostenible y el compromiso social de la empresa textil COFACO Industries S.A.C.; es decir, la responsabilidad voluntaria de la empresa para aliviar necesidades del mercado con un modelo de negocio sustentable. Para ello, se aplicó una encuesta a 246 colaboradores con una metodología de diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo, logrando una significancia del Alfa de Cronbach de 0.816 y 0.846 respectivamente. Como resultado, el coeficiente Rho de Spearman mostró una correlación moderada alta para las hipótesis planteadas, corroborando que es importante una gestión adecuada del emprendimiento sostenible en sus tres dimensiones para el desarrollo del compromiso social de la empresa, favoreciendo la identificación de nuevas oportunidades y tendencias que favorezcan su competitividad sin perjudicar las necesidades sociales futuras.
