description El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar una fábrica de cubertería comestible biodegradable a partir de insumos naturales. En una primera fase se creará una empresa bajo la marca BIOLIFE CLUTERY SAC; asimismo, se centrará en la producción y comercialización de utensilios comestibles y biodegradables. Estos están elaborados a base de insumos naturales y tiene como materia prima principal a la harina de arroz y harina de trigo. El modelo de negocio empleado es B2B y va dirigido a un segmento determinado por HORECAS. Dicha decisión fue tomada después de realizar un análisis previo de demanda y oferta. Nuestro objetivo es internacionalizarnos y exportar nuestro producto hacia el mercado estadounidense tomando en cuenta 12 estados mediante un análisis de segmentación en el sector. Por último, se calculan las ganancias y pérdidas mediante un análisis financiero total de la empresa. Resultado de ello, se concluye la viabilidad del proyecto de inversión con confianza y seguridad.
