La validez y confiabilidad del instrumento fue validado por tres expertos en la especialidad y comprobado con el alfa de Cronbach, que dio un resultado de 0.810. Se identificó un nivel alto en calidad de servicio (84 %) y satisfacción del cliente (79 %). Se concluye que la relación entre calidad en el servicio y satisfacción del cliente en el Banco Azteca Chiclayo es positiva.
