description La presente investigación tiene como propósito describir cuál es la influencia de las relaciones humanas en la mejora de la gestión local de la Municipalidad Provincial de Carhuaz; además de realizar un diagnóstico sobre la gestión local del municipio. Cuyo objetivo general se ha fijado en analizar y determinar el nivel de influencia de la mejora de la gestión municipal en el Gobierno Local de Carhuaz La metodología empleada es de una investigación no experimental, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, cuya población de estudio son los trabajadores del gobierno local de Carhuaz, cuya población es de 173 y se ha determinado una muestra de 71. La recolección de datos se realizará a través de las encuestas como instrumento y serán procesadas y tabuladas en el software SPSS, versión 21; con la finalidad de obtener los resultados planteados en los objetivos e hipótesis Se espera conocer si las relaciones humanas influye o no en la mejora de la gestión municipal del gobierno local de Carhuaz. Con los resultados obtenidos de la presente investigación, se busca hacer recomendaciones para que la municipalidad implemente y mejore la calidad del servicio hacia el contribuyente.
