It’s an unusual patology to study and find in ambulatory practice, for that essential to know the initial signs and symptoms, in order to request appropriate laboratory and imaging tests . Our patient represents one case of hipomelanose of Itu with dermatologic findings, with some musculoesqueletal manifestations by the time of medical evaluation.
