The methodology was correlational, quantitative and non-experimental in design. The population consists of staff working in the field of fisheries entrepreneurship projects. It was demonstrated that the project management model influences project efficiency, given that there is a high correlation. Similarly, planning and scheduling, monitoring and control, resource and capacity management, participation and continuous improvement were found to have a direct positive influence on project efficiency. La investigación tuvo como fin determinar la influencia del modelo de gestión de proyectos en la eficiencia en los proyectos de emprendimiento pesquero, considerando la perspectiva del PMBOK. La metodología fue correlacional, cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. La población esta integrada por colaboradores del área de proyectos de emprendimiento pesquero. Se demostró que el modelo de gestión de proyectos influye en eficiencia en los proyectos, dado que presenta una correlación alta. Del mismo modo, la la planificación y cronograma, monitoreo y control, gestión de recursos y capacidades, participación y mejora continua revelo una influencia directa positiva en la eficiencia en los proyectos.
