Sumario:The objective of this research was to identify the levels of job satisfaction in a sample of teachers at Inclusive Educational Institutions from the Region Callao, and segment results by institution, age and length of service. The sample consisted of 76 teachers. The design was descriptive, transversal and basic level. We used the job satisfaction scale designed by Sonia Palma (1999) to measure the job satisfaction variable and indicators, used instruments has a scale of 36 items and the instrument was applied to 20 Inclusive Educational Institutions. The results indicated high frequencies of partial dissatisfaction with a definite tendency to regular satisfaction in general. A more specific level of dissatisfaction is found in the older teachers and longer service.
