However, these teams often lack specific techniques or methods to accomplish these designs themselves in a real-world development process. The following is a proposal of a user-centered design approach through a case study. The approach was applied to successfully redesign the main menu of an ATM interface of a Peruvian Bank. In this iteration, the convenience of aligning the proposal with proven methodologies such as Design Thinking was observed.
