En ese contexto, el objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación fue analizar la influencia del Síndrome de Burnout en la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de una entidad bancaria en la ciudad de Chiclayo. En cuanto a la metodología, se realizó un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, tuvo un nivel explicativo y se trató de una investigación no experimental. Además, se empleó dos instrumentos: el Cuestionario de Síndrome de Burnout de Maslach y la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral SL - SPC. Los mismos, fueron aplicados a una población de 105 colaboradores de 7 agencias del banco, de los cuales se determinó que el burnout influye de manera negativa sobre la satisfacción de cada uno de ellos.

In this context, the main objective of this research work was to analyze the influence of the Burnout Syndrome on the job satisfaction of the workers of a banking entity in the city of Chiclayo. Regarding the methodology, a quantitative approach study was carried out, of an applied type, it had an explanatory level and it was a non-experimental investigation. In addition, two instruments were used: the Maslach Burnout Syndrome Questionnaire and the Job Satisfaction Scale SL - SPC.
