El Proyecto, marcará el inicio de diversidad de actividades culturales en la ciudad de Chincha, la arquitectura del proyecto, contempla áreas que incentivan al usuario, ya que a traves de ella se han creado espacios que transmiten conocimiento e historia. El Proyecto de Tesis, está conformado por 05 volúmenes que se emplazan en el terreno y se interconectan entre ellos a traves de plazas, puentes, anfiteatros. La propuesta de diseño arquitectónico, refleja funcionalidad en su infraestructura, destacando elementos claves para el reforzamiento de la cultura e identidad como son: la Biblioteca, Auditorio, Sala de exposición, Salas de usos múltiples, Salas de Proyección, talleres artisticos, entre otros; creando así un Centro de Convergencia Cultural vivencial en Chincha.
