description Llaves Peruanas, is a metal mechanic business that begins like a small workshop, about 25 years ago, when they created the first key profiles milling machines and from that time on, they have been growing up. It all start with a small production line, that only made 1200 units per day (around the 80’s), which was more than enough for the so small peruvian market and that only need 45 Blank key models But from 2001, the sales begin to growing up, this caused by the exportation of the blank keys, to all different countries of Latin America. This is the main reason, why the sales grew up so fast and big, because from that point the businesses have new markets and costumers, who have a good chance of doing business. With the opening market on 2001, it begins to offer the products for exportations, also new blank key models are required, that are going to be sold on both markets (Peru and Latin America); which generates to make new models and design for these. Because of this growing on sales, the new demand needs to be satisfied, with a production level, as big and/or bigger than the sales; in order to avoid non-stock products and be able to get the exportations on shortest time, also improving our customer service. Those are the main reason, why the variety of models has been increased, because of the 45 models that they initially made, now they have 1500 Blank key models (between national and exportation locks), which are need by both markets.

Made available in DSpace on 2013-08-29T16:21:40Z (GMT).
