description Objetivo: Identificar los factores de riesgo asociados al embarazo en adolescentes que acuden al Hospital San Juan Bautista de Huaral en el año 2020. Metodología: Diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo, prospectivo, corte transversal, enfoque cuantitativo y método inductivo. Resultados: Los factores de riesgos asociados a embarazos en adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital San Juan Bautista de Huaral, se encontró con mayor frecuencia en los factores familiares que el 63.30% (95) siempre siente seguridad y protección viviendo con sus padres; factores de la vida personal el 89.30% (134) son conviviente, factores educativos 98.70% (148) no desertaron de la escuela y factores hábitos sexuales 62.70% (94) no dialogan con sus padres sobre temas de sexualidad. Conclusión: There are multiple factors associated with adolescent pregnancy, being susceptible to interventions for its prevention, so this study shows key factors to generate prevention interventions aimed at adolescents, parents and teachers.
