En cuanto a la metodología es de tipo descriptiva no experimental porque está orientada a aportar conocimiento a la ciencia y no experimental porque se presenta en determinado espacio y tempo, adquiriendo información y teorización del tema de indagación; la muestra ha estado conformada por 90 operadores de la justicia del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima; 2018, y como instrumento se utilizó un cuestionario. Los resultados de la investigación según la percepción de los operadores de justicia, el 28,9% considera que la violencia familiar tiene un nivel bajo, el 51,1% es medio y el 20,0% es alto. Del análisis obtenido se afirma que: El nivel de violencia familiar del niño en los Juzgados de Familia de San Juan de Lurigancho 2017, tiene una tendencia medio.
