Este trabajo es un estudio cuantitativo, observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo en un total de 80 pacientes, que busca determinar la frecuencia de reflujo biliar en pacientes con cáncer gástrico sometidos a gastrectomía subtotal técnica Billroth II y Braun complementaria en un Hospital III-1 de Chiclayo - Perú en el periodo 2016-2021.
