description Actualmente el sistema registral, notarial y entidades públicas no se encuentran interconectados trayendo como consecuencia la presentación de documentos falsificados y/o con suplantación de identidad en la Oficina Registral de Huancayo; por ello se planteó como problema: ¿Cuál es el tipo de correlación entre la implementación del Gobierno Electrónico y la Tutela Registral Efectiva en la Oficina Registral de Huancayo de la Zona Registral No. VIII – Sunarp, en el año 2019?; siendo el objetivo: Determinar el tipo de correlación entre la implementación del Gobierno Electrónico y la Tutela Registral Efectiva en la Oficina Registral de Huancayo de la Zona Registral No. VIII – Sunarp, en el año 2019; La Investigación se ubica dentro del Tipo de investigación básico; en el Nivel de investigación correlacional; los resultados indican que existe una correlación alta entre la implementación del Gobierno Electrónico y la Tutela Registral Efectiva en la Oficina Registral de Huancayo de la Zona Registral No. VIII – Sunarp, en el año 2019; por lo tanto, la política del Gobierno Electrónico ayudará a interconectar al Notariado, al Registro y a otras entidades públicas para lograr una Tutela Registral Efectiva; por otro lado, los alcances de la calificación registral deben virtualizarse, trayendo como consecuencia la inminente modificación de normas registrales.
