Existen una serie de investigadores previos involucrados en cada una de las variables que se estudian a nivel nacional e internacional. Se utilizó un diseño metodológico no experimental, transaccional y correlacional. Se utilizaron métodos científicos, estadísticos, de análisis-síntesis, y para la investigación de campo se utilizó el método de investigación “encuesta” como herramienta de investigación, la muestra estuvo compuesta por 81 empleados encuestados de la Dirección General de Asuntos Ambientales Agrarios, Lima. Los resultados demostraron que Existe una relación directa entre el Aplicativo CEPLAN V.01 y la gestión presupuestal en la Dirección General de Asuntos Ambientales Agrarios, Lima 2022. Apreciándose una relación positiva moderada con un “rho” = 0,496.
