Tuvo como objetivo determinar cuáles son los índices de infracciones más recurrentes en dicha población entre los años 2016-2017. Se empleó el método científico, específicamente el inductivo, teniendo una población de 276 internos pubescentes infractores. Así también, se aplicó la estadística descriptiva e inferencial procesando los siguientes criterios: a) recopilación de datos, b) estudio de los resultados estadísticos, c) hermenéutica de los resultados, d) contrastación de hipótesis, e) redacción de las conclusiones y recomendaciones. Los resultados obtenidos indican la admisión de la hipótesis del investigador y el rechazo a la conjetura nula formulada, debido a que el p-valor que se obtuvo fue de 0,000.
