La presente investigación se refiere a los proceso de cobranza y la gestión financiera en la empresa Impresiones & Ediciones S.A.C. esta empresa tiene 27 años de trayectoria en la cual ha ido escalando prestigio y calidad frente a sus clientes de una manera positiva, la imprenta inicia sus operaciones en el año 1992, en aquella época muy pocas imprentas contaba con una tecnología de punta, pero esto no fue impedimento para llegar a ser reconocido por sus clientes y proveedores, la empresa obtuvo un fuerte ingreso de capital por parte del Sr. Jorge Miguel Alarcon quien es el hijo del fundador de la empresa Impresiones & Ediciones S.A.C. a través del capital obtenido se empezó a comprar máquinas de última generación con el fin de crecer y mantenerse en el rubro de imprenta, de esta manera se obtuvo más prestigio y aceptación en el mercado con ello se vieron con la llegada de nuevos clientes, grandes y prestigiosos, la infraestructura es suficiente para poder producir una variedad de distintas impresiones que hoy en día conocemos. Las caracterices principales de este tipo de proceso de cobranza y la gestión financiera es el cliente ya que existe una variedad de tipos de clientes, morosos, deudores, pago anticipado, pago puntual. Para detallar esta problemática es necesario mencionar algunos puntos, una de ellas es los procesos de cobranza ya establecidos por la empresa y de qué forma influye en la gestión financiera y en la toma de decisiones en la empresa Impresiones & Ediciones S.A.C. |
