Resultados: Se obtuvieron los resultados por medio de tablas de frecuencia relativa. Se halló que el nivel de conocimiento sobre manifestaciones bucales en pacientes con insuficiencia renal de los egresados fue 23.1% malo, 63.7% regular y 13.2% bueno. Si nos referimos en cuanto al nivel de conocimiento según sexo, tenemos que el 67% de egresados del sexo femenino presentaron nivel de conocimiento regular y el 59% de sexo masculino también su nivel de conocimiento fue regular. En cuanto a la edad, el rango de 21 a 30 años, el 69% presentó un nivel de conocimiento de puntuación regular. Conclusiones: El nivel de conocimiento sobre manifestaciones bucales en pacientes con insuficiencia renal en egresados de la universidad privada Antenor Orrego, Trujillo 2021; fue regular.

Evaluated a sample of 273 graduates of the Stomatology School of the Antenor Orrego Private University, it was carried out through a questionnaire on the Google forms platform of 20 questions, where a validity of 0.996 (Aiken v test) and reliability of 0.996 were obtained. 0.935 (Cronbach's Alpha). Results: The results were obtained by means of relative frequency tables. It was found that the level of knowledge about oral manifestations in patients with renal insufficiency of the graduates was 23.1% bad, 63.7% regular and 13.2% good. If we refer to the level of knowledge according to gender, we have that 67% of female graduates presented a regular level of knowledge and 59% of males also had a regular level of knowledge. Regarding age, the range of 21 to 39 years, 69% presented a level of knowledge of regular score.
