Basado en el análisis secundario de los datos generados por el Sistema Informático Perinatal del HRDT; ingresaron al estudio 3160 gestantes que atendieron su parto en dicho hospital entre enero del 2020 y diciembre del 2022, de las cuales 1056 gestantes tuvieron diagnóstico de Covid-19 y 2104 gestantes no presentaron dicha infección. Se excluyeron 36 historias clínicas por producto menor de 500 gr, 11 historias clínicas de gestantes con diagnóstico de VIH y 21 historias clínicas por neumonía. Resultados: se observó una mayor incidencia de óbitos fetales en gestantes con infección de Covid-19 (2,9%) en comparación con la incidencia de óbito fetal en gestantes sin infección de Covid-19 (1,8%). (p<0.05) Las variables que se asocian a Covid-19 son la obesidad, RPM, vía de parto, pielonefritis y preeclampsia. (p<0.05) No existe correlación entre Covid-19 y RCIU, diabetes gestacional, multiparidad y malformaciones fetales congénitas. (p>0.05)

Material and methods: A retrospective, analytical, and observational cohort study was carried out. Based on secondary analysis of data generated by the HRDT Perinatal Computer System; 3160 pregnant women who attended their delivery in said hospital between January 2020 and December 2022 entered the study, of which 1056 pregnant women were diagnosed with Covid-19 and 2104 pregnant women didn´t present this infection.
