Objetivo Determinar las principales indicaciones y los factores asociados a Histerectomía obstétrica de emergencia en el Hospital Apoyo Sullana II-2 durante el año 2017. Metodología Es estudio cualicuantitativo, retrospectivo, transversal, descriptivo, observacional y no experimental, donde se evaluaron 17 caso de Histerectomía Obstétrica de Emergencia ocurridos en el Hospital Apoyo Sullana durante el año 2017 Resultados Durante el 2017 se realizaron 17 Histerectomías Obstétricas de Emergencia en el Hospital Apoyo Sullana II-2, el 64.70% presentan entre los 26 a 35 años de edad, el 88.24% procedían de una zona rural, el 76.47% eran multíparas, el 82.35% eran multigestas, el 41.18% tuvieron más de 6 controles prenatales, el 71% tiene como antecedente al menos 1 cesárea anterior. El 58.82%% presentó como principal indicación a la atonía uterina seguida de Acretismo placentario con 11.76% Conclusiones La Histerectomía Obstétrica de Emergencia se relaciona con la multiparidad, los controles prenatales insuficientes y la presencia de cicatriz uterina previa, teniendo como principal indicación a la atonía uterina.

The purpose of this study is to determine the main indications of HOE as well as the associated factors, recognizing them in a timely manner to offer an optimal management of the pregnant woman and to decrease the maternal mortality rate. Objective To determine the main indications and the factors associated with emergency obstetric hysterectomy in the Hospital Apoyo Sullana II-2 during the year 2017. Methodology It is a qualitative, retrospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, observational and non-experimental study, where 17 cases of Emergency Obstetric Hysterectomy occurred in the Hospital Apoyo Sullana during the year 2017 Results During 2017, 17 Emergency Obstetric Hysterectomies were performed at Hospital Apoyo Sullana II-2, 64.70% were between 26 and 35 years old, 88.24% came from a rural area, 76.47% were multiparous, 82.35% they were multi-gestational, 41.18% had more than 6 prenatal check-ups, 71% had at least 1 previous caesarean.
