Concebido como un equipamiento terminal terrestre de carácter público con espacios de confort, comodidad y estética para el usuario. El proyecto es promovido por Inversión Pública cuyos participes son: Municipalidad Provincial de Sullana, Gobierno Regional Piura, Dirección Regional de Transportes y Comunicaciones. El Terminal Terrestre cuenta con una extensión de 5.84 Has, el proyecto, nace ante la necesidad de dar una solución eficaz, ante un problema. La razón del proyecto, es la de agrupar de manera coherente las principales agencias que realizan los servicios de transporte terrestre por medio de un establecimiento dando solución al conflicto vehicular generado por la desorganización de estas agencias. Ofreciendo un mayor bienestar para todas las clases de usuarios y optando por una bienvenida de personas externas al distrito de Sullana con un establecimiento moderno. Como primer capítulo del proyecto se describen los aspectos generales, entidades involucradas y beneficiarios, así como los antecedentes del proyecto, el marco teórico, diagnostico, problemática, objetivos, localización y características del terreno, oferta, demanda y el análisis de servicios demandados, programa de necesidades, como síntesis del proceso anterior. También la normativa, parámetros arquitectónicos y de seguridad para tener en cuenta en el diseño según la tipología. En nuestro segundo capítulo del proyecto se describe toda la memoria arquitectónica del proyecto, desde la concepción de la idea rectora, la zonificación y organización del proyecto, planteamiento general de las especialidades de estructuras, instalaciones sanitarias, eléctricas y finalmente se plantea desarrollo de instalaciones especiales.

Conceived as a public terrestrial terminal equipment with spaces of comfort, comfort and aesthetics for the user. The project is promoted by Public Investment whose participants are: Sullana Provincial Municipality, Piura Regional Government, Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications. The Land Terminal has an extension of 5.84 hectares, the project was born from the need to provide an effective solution to a problem. The reason for the project is to coherently group the main agencies that perform ground transportation services through an establishment, providing a solution to the vehicular conflict generated by the disorganization of these agencies. Offering greater well-being for all kinds of users and opting for a welcome from outsiders to the Sullana district with a modern establishment. The first chapter of the project describes the general aspects, entities involved and beneficiaries, as well as the background of the project, the theoretical framework, diagnosis, problems, objectives, location and characteristics of the terrain, supply, demand and analysis of services demanded, needs program, as a synthesis of the previous process. Also the regulations, architectural and safety parameters to take into account in the design according to the typology.
