El trabajo se desarrolló en el Centro Radiológico Digital Dent. en Trujillo e incluyó un total de 150 radiografías laterales elegidas por conveniencia. Para determinar la relación entre la inclinación de la base anterior del cráneo y el biotipo facial se recogió la información que fue procesada por tablas estadísticas, utilizando el método coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Se consideró un nivel de significancia del 5%. Los resultados nos permiten concluir que sí existe relación entre inclinación de la base anterior del cráneo y el biotipo facial de sujetos de 11 a 30 años de edad.

The study was developed at Dent Digital Radiological Center in Trujillo and included a total of 150 cephalometric radiographs chosen for convenience. To determine the relationship between the inclination of the anterior base of the skull and the facial biotype, the information was collected and processed by statistical tables, using Spearman's correlation coefficient method. A level of significance of 5% was considered.
