Esta investigación es de tipo de aplicada, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, el diseño fue no experimental; la población fue igual a la muestra y estuvo constituido por 60 profesionales entre directivos, docentes y administrativos de la Institución Educativa N° 80081 Julio Gutiérrez Solari del Centro Poblado El Milagro, distrito de Huanchaco, provincia de Trujillo. Contó con seis objetivos específicos y seis hipótesis específicas que fueron demostradas mediante Rho de Spearman para las correlaciones y R cuadrado para la influencia, en el SPSS V.25; así mismo para el tema estrés laboral se encontró un nivel de estrés considerable y un nivel de rendimiento laboral bajo de los trabajadores de la Institución Educativa Julio Gutiérrez Solari año 2021; siendo el nivel de influencia del 58.7%, demostrando que existe una correlación positiva alta, donde p-valor<0.05, lo que indica que a mayor estrés laboral mayor es afectado el rendimiento laboral de los docentes.

This research is of an applied type of research, the approach was quantitative, the design was non-experimental; the population was equal to the sample and was made up of 60 professionals, including directors, teachers, and administrators of the Educational Institution No. 80081 Julio Gutiérrez Solari of the El Milagro Poblado Center, Huanchaco district, Trujillo province.
