Los resultados fueron procesados en el programa Excel y nos indican que el Benchmarking en la municipalidad es regular, porque no existen resultados totales con el máximo puntaje, así como con el mínimo puntaje. Se concluye que el Benchmarking en la municipalidad provincial de Ascope – 2020, es deficiente por la gran mayoría de los resultados obtenidos en donde se aprecia que los resultados en su mayoría son negativos. Asimismo, los colaboradores muy poco conocen sobre Benchmarking, no logran comparar sobre su aplicación y en que consiste la mejora del Benchmarking en las diversas áreas de la municipalidad provincial de Ascope – 2020
