description La educación en el Perú ha sufrido un retraso significativo en el proceso de adaptación de los alumnos que asisten a instituciones educativas con infraestructuras tradicionales que son acondicionados de acuerdo con la demanda estudiantil, sin embargo, la mayoría son construcciones que no cuenta con una arquitectura que cumpla con las expectativas que tienen los alumnos en la actualidad para sus diferentes actividades. Por tanto, la presente tesis propone la vinculación de la arquitectura con la pedagogía actual, cuya inserción articule la zona urbana de la ciudad, y que, a través de sus cualidades físicas, sea pertinente con su ubicación, de modo que se vincule con el entorno del distrito la esperanza. Se diseñó a partir de las características del espacio y las necesidades del distrito de la esperanza el cual carece de establecimientos educativos debido al crecimiento poblacional existe una demanda de alumnos que no cubre el total y adecuado derecho educacional. La problemática de este proyecto se analizó en base a la experiencia y a corrientes teóricas de escuelas como microciudad y pedagogía activa. Asimismo, el objetivo general de este proyecto consiste en actualizar los espacios arquitectónicos educativos adaptándolos a los modelos y parámetros de educación actual. Con mejores ambientes espaciales arquitectónicos y condiciones de confort, tecnología que optimicen el impacto ambiental. Por otro lado, esta tesis busca desarrollar un proyecto sostenible, y satisfaga las necesidades de la población estudiantil, docentes, administrativos desarrollando un mejor rendimiento académico potenciando la calidad de aprendizaje y calidad de vida futura.

However, most buildings lack an architecture that meets current student expectations in their diverse activities. Therefore, this thesis proposes linking architecture with current pedagogy, whose integration articulates the city's urban area and, through its physical qualities, is relevant to its location, thus connecting with the surroundings of the La Esperanza district. It was designed based on the spatial characteristics and needs of the La Esperanza district, which lacks educational institutions. Due to population growth, there is a student demand that does not fully and adequately meet educational needs. The problems of this project were analyzed based on the experience and theoretical currents of schools, such as microcities and active pedagogy. Likewise, the overall objective of this project is to update educational architectural spaces, adapting them to current educational models and parameters.
