Objetivo: Comparar la eficacia en el resultado funcional y cosmético entre las técnicas quirúrgicas: técnica dos suturas con incisión en correa de sujetador, Placa en Gancho y Phemister modificada en pacientes post operados con luxación acromioclavicular. Materiales y métodos: Se realizó un estudio analítico, de tipo cohorte retrospectiva, estuvo constituido con 90 pacientes de luxación acromioclavicular post operados, con la técnica quirúrgica Dos suturas con incisión en correa de sujetador (30 pacientes), Placa en gancho (30 pacientes) y Phemister modificada (30 pacientes). Se recopilaron los datos de las historias clínicas que cumplan con los criterios de selección. Se les pidió que respondan la encuesta Quick-Dash para evaluar la recuperación funcional y mediante la escala de Likert se evaluó el resultado cosmético. Resultados: El promedio de edad fue de 41.11 años para las tres técnicas quirúrgicas. El sexo predominante fue el sexo masculino, el lado más afectado fue el lado derecho. La recuperación funcional, fue estadísticamente significativa, (p=0.002) principalmente para la técnica de Dos suturas con incisión en la correa de sujetador el cual obtuvo menor puntaje según el score Quick Dash (15.23+/-8.5) comparado con las otras dos técnicas. El tiempo de discapacidad fue menor para la técnica de dos suturas con incisión en correa de sujetador (2.1 meses) (p<0.05). La técnica de Dos suturas con incisión en correa de sujetador tuvo mejor resultado cosmético, estuvieron totalmente más satisfechos en (20%), algo satisfecho (13,4%) y satisfecho en (56.6%) en comparación con las otras técnicas. Conclusión: La técnica de dos suturas con incisión en correa de sujetador es más eficaz en el resultado funcional y resultado cosmético que la técnica Placa en gancho y Phemister modificada |

Materials and methods: An analytical, retrospective cohort study was carried out on 90 post-operative patients with acromioclavicular dislocation, using the surgical technique Two sutures with incision in the fastener strap (30 patients), Hook plate (30 patients) and modified Phemister (30 patients). Data were collected from medical records meeting the selection criteria. Patients were asked to answer the Quick-Dash survey to assess functional recovery and the cosmetic outcome was assessed using the Likert scale. Results: The mean age was 42.41 years for all three techniques. The predominant sex was male, the most affected side was the right side. Functional recovery was statistically significant, (p=0.002) mainly for the two-suture technique with incision in the fastener strap which scored lower according to the Quick Dash score (15.23+/-8.5) compared to the other two techniques. Disability time was shorter for the two-suture technique with incision in the fastener strap (2.1) (p<0.05). The two-suture technique with incision in bra strap had better cosmetic outcome. They were more totally satisfied in (20%), somewhat satisfied (13.4%) and satisfied in (56.6%) compared to the other techniques.
