Se completó la ficha de recolección de datos revisando los datos registrados en el sistema integrado de COVID-19 (SICOVID). Finalmente se realizó un análisis estadístico descriptivo, calculando las frecuencias relativas y absolutas. Resultados: La prevalencia de COVID-19 en el primer nivel de atención fue de 1112 (25,3%). De estos el 71,7% son mujeres, con una edad media de 41 años. Con respecto a las profesiones afectadas el 30.5% de casos corresponde a profesionales que no estuvieron en contacto directo con pacientes con Covid-19. Mientras que el personal técnico de enfermería, enfermeras y médicos están representados por 23,1%; 14,8% y 11,3% respectivamente. Los síntomas más frecuentes son: dolor de garganta (60,9%), cefalea (58,7%) y tos (55,8%). Además, cerca del 95,6 % de pacientes ha presentado clínica leve y el 10,1% presentó al menos una comorbilidad al momento del diagnóstico. Conclusión: Existe alta prevalencia de personal sanitario con COVID-19 del primer nivel de atención de Lima norte. Los síntomas más frecuentes en el personal sanitario del primer nivel de atención son: dolor de garganta, cefalea y tos. La obesidad, el asma y la hipertensión arterial son las principales comorbilidades

Methodology: A descriptive study was carried out with health sector workers with Covid-19 belonging to first-level care facilities of the DIRIS - North Lima. The data collection form was completed by reviewing the data recorded in the integrated COVID-19 system (SICOVID). Finally, a descriptive statistical analysis was carried out, calculating the relative and absolute frequencies. Results: The prevalence of positive cases for COVID-19 in the first level of care was 1112 (25.3%). Of these, 71.7% are women, with an average age of 41 years. Regarding the affected professions, 30.5% of cases correspond to professionals who were not in direct contact with patients with Covid-19. While the technical nursing staff, nurses and doctors are represented by 23.1%; 14.8% and 11.3% respectively. The most frequent symptoms are: sore throat (60.9%), headache (58.7%) and cough (55.8%). In addition, about 95.6% of patients presented mild symptoms and 10.1% had at least one comorbidity at the time of diagnosis.
