description El Centro de Integración Cultural y Productivo es un espacio que une la promoción cultural, el desarrollo económico y social. Como objetivo principal es proponer el diseño de dicho centro y como objetivos específicos, determinar el adecuado emplazamiento teniendo en cuenta el contexto urbano ambiental, determinar estrategias de arquitectura sustentable para utilizar en el proyecto arquitectónico e identificar las preferencias de la población paiteña en cuantos a talleres de actividades culturales y talleres de actividades productivas. Es una investigación Aplicada porque aplicó la teoría a una realidad especifica. No experimental, debido a que no altera alguna variable. De igual modo es descriptiva, propositiva y transversal. Esta investigación es Mixta, ya que se usará la revisión bibliografía y el análisis documental; que son técnicas cualitativas. Además, se empleará la encuesta, en donde se obtendrán datos numéricos, por lo que se trata de una técnica cuantitativa. El proyecto tomó un emplazamiento óptimo para el Centro de Integración Cultural Productivo que se integra de manera razonable con el contexto urbano ambiental. Teniendo en cuenta la accesibilidad tanto con el transporte y el peatón, se integra también con la proximidad a los servicios de la ciudad

Its main objective is to propose the design of said center and as specific objectives, to determine the appropriate location taking into account the urban environmental context, to determine sustainable architecture strategies to use in the architectural project and to identify the preferences of the Paita population regarding cultural activity workshops and productive activity workshops. It is an applied research because it applied the theory to a specific reality. It is not experimental, because it does not alter any variable. It is also descriptive, propositional and transversal.
