La muestra estuvo constituida por 43 trabajadores de salud, que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión; para la recolección de datos se consideró un cuestionario elaborado por las autoras; que midió los factores facilitadores y la violencia del familiar hacia el personal de salud. Los resultados indicaron que el factor asociado al medio social fue alto en el entorno toxico (74.4%), el factor asociado al trabajo fue alto en la demora de atención en interconsultas (55.8%) y el factor asociado al agresor fue alto en el agotamiento del familiar físico y mental (68.8%); mientras que, en la violencia de los familiares, se presentó un 53.5% en la física y 72.1% en la psicológica, no se presentó violencia sexual. Se concluye que, si existe relación significativa entre los factores facilitadores y la violencia de los familiares hacia el personal de salud del Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Chepén, 2023; teniendo un p * = 0.001 < 0.05; permitiendo aceptar la H1 y negar la H0

The sample consisted of 43 health workers, who met the inclusion criteria; For data collection, a questionnaire developed by the authors; that measured facilitating factors and family violence towards health personnel. The results obtained indicated that the factor associated with the social environment was high in the toxic environment (74.4%), the factor associated with work was high in the delay of care in interconsultations (55.8%) and the factor associated with the aggressor was high in the family member physical and mental exhaustion (68.8%); while, in family violence, 53.5% of physical violence and 72.1% of psychological violence occurred, sexual violence did not occur.
