La población de estudio estuvo constituída por 126 pacientes con hemorragia cerebral espontánea según criterios de inclusión y exclusión establecidos distribuidos en dos grupos: con y sin mortalidad. Resultados: El analisis estadistico sobre las variables en estudio como factores predictores fue: taquicardia (OR: 2.73; p<0.05), alteración segmento st (OR: 2.62; p<0.01), prolongación segmento qt (OR: 3.8; p<0.01), prolongación onda p (OR: 2.96; p<0.01). Conclusiones: La taquicardia, alteración del segmento st, prolongación del segmento qt y prolongación de la onda p son factores predictores de mortalidad en pacientes con hemorragia cerebral espontánea.
