Teniendo como propósito principal brindar toda la programación arquitectónica correspondiente a los acordes necesarios de la tecnología, la modernidad, el desarrollo en pro de los usuarios tanto directos como indirectos, y el correcto desarrollo de una propuesta arquitectónica que brinde el confort, la tecnología, los espacios y la organización correcta de todas las zonas. A su vez la propuesta buscar está a nivel con la modernidad, generando la innovación en sus espacios exteriores, con una volumetría que brinda al usuario percibir una edificación interesante y especulativa. En proyecto en su integridad se basa en análisis de casos, de necesidades, de actividades de los usuarios, que son finalmente ellos los que deben sentir el beneficio directo. Considerando claro está el impacto que genera una edificación de tal magnitud y sobre todo mostrar un proyecto que logre realzar el distrito de Villa El Salvador, lo que contribuye al desarrollo creciente continuo de la economía.

Having as main purpose to provide all the architecture corresponding to the necessary chords of technology, modernity, development in favor of both direct and indirect users, and the correct development of an architectural proposal that provides comfort, technology, spaces and the correct organization of all zones. In turn, the proposal seeks this level with modernity, generating innovation in its outdoor spaces, with a volume that allows the user to perceive an interesting and speculative building. The project in its entirety is based on analysis of cases, needs, and activities of the users, which ultimately it is they who should feel the direct benefit.
