Determinar el nivel de conocimiento de los cirujanos dentistas sobre manejo estomatológico de pacientes con enfermedad hepática. Trujillo, 2022. Material y Método: Estudio tipo transversal, observacional, con población de 88 cirujanos dentistas del Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Trujillo, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de modalidad virtual, con validez de 0.988 por 10 expertos y con una confiabilidad de 0.722 obtenida con una prueba piloto a 20 cirujanos dentistas. El nivel de conocimiento se clasificó en cinco niveles, sobresaliente, muy bueno, bueno, suficiente e insuficiente. El análisis estadístico de los datos se procesó con el software Excel 2016. Resultado: El 65 % de los cirujanos dentistas en estudio tienen un conocimiento insuficiente. Respecto a la universidad de egreso, de la UNT el 53% tienen nivel de conocimiento insuficiente, de la UPAO el 73% de los tienen nivel de conocimiento insuficiente, de la ULADECH el 82% tienen nivel de conocimiento insuficiente, de otras universidades el 50% tienen nivel de conocimiento insuficiente. En cuanto al tiempo de egreso, 75% egresados hace menos de 5 años tienen nivel de conocimiento insuficiente, 69% de los egresados entre 5 a 10 años tienen nivel de conocimiento insuficiente, 55% egresados hace más de 10 años tienen nivel de conocimiento insuficiente. No se evidenció relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y el género. Conclusión: El nivel de conocimiento de los cirujanos dentistas sobre manejo estomatológico de pacientes con enfermedad hepática en Trujillo, 2022 es insuficiente. |
