description Esta investigación realizada en el distrito de Sechura, Piura, busca realizar un Centro de Integración Cultural Turístico Sostenible el cual sea un complejo como escenario para difundir la cultura Sechurana mediante actividades artísticas hacia la comunidad local y el turista; Dando solución a la falta de dotación de locales de tipología cultural, de acuerdo al Plan de Desarrollo Urbano de Sechura. Según el diagnóstico realizado, se enfocó en tener como objetivo principal realizar una propuesta arquitectónica que integre actividades de foco cultural y turístico. La metodología de este proyecto tiene un enfoque cualitativo con un tipo de estudio de observación de campo no experimental-descriptivo usando técnicas como el recojo de información en campo, información documentaria, investigación bibliográfica, los cuales ayudaron a que el proyecto cumpla con las necesidades del usuario para incrementar el turismo en Sechura. La investigación y diseño del proyecto demuestra la importancia de la consideración de factores culturales, sociales, y ambientales en la creación de espacios que promuevan la integración, sostenibilidad, y además la cultura e historia de la región, todo ello contribuye a atraer más turistas, tanto nacionales como internacionales, lo que a su vez potencia el desarrollo del distrito de Sechura.

This will address the lack of cultural venues, in accordance with the Sechura Urban Development Plan. Based on our assessment, our main objective is to develop an architectural proposal that integrates cultural and tourism-focused activities. This project's methodology uses a qualitative approach, with a non-experimental, descriptive field observation study using techniques such as field data collection, documentary information, and bibliographic research, which helped us ensure the project meets user needs and increases tourism in Sechura. The project's research and design demonstrate the importance of considering cultural, social, and environmental factors in creating spaces that promote integration, sustainability, and the region's culture and history.
