Methodology: The study follows a quantitative, observational, and cross-sectional approach, analyzing a sample of 200 computed tomography scans processed using a data collection sheet. Results: No relationship was found between the bone phenotype and morphotype associated with the thickness of the vestibular bone plate of upper incisors (p = 0.920). The mean age of patients with a thick periodontal phenotype was 49.83 ± 7.40, compared to patients with a thin periodontal phenotype, who had a mean age of 49.96 ± 7.67; no significant differences were observed between the two phenotypes (p = 0.888). However, a significant association was found between the type of tooth and the periodontal phenotype (p < 0.001).
