Es de añadir que, la presente tesis es una investigación de tipo aplicada y causal, con un enfoque mixto, por cuanto se valoraran datos estadísticos obtenidos de la encuesta realizada a los ciudadanos de la localidad de Trujillo, y de igual manera, la información adquirida mediante las entrevistas realizadas a profesionales del derecho, medicina, psicología y religiosos
