Se confeccionó un formulario de Google virtual que será distribuido vía email a los docentes seleccionados, conteniendo 3 secciones correspondientes a el consentimiento informado, la ficha de recolección de datos generales y los cuestionarios de ansiedad de Tzung y de estrés laboral de la OMS. Resultados: La frecuencia de HTA fue del 3.19% (n=13) y de DM fue 15.93% (n=65). Entre los que tuvieron HTA, el 100% tuvo estrés y ansiedad, caso contrario para la DM la ansiedad fue del 96.92% (n=63) y el estrés de 92.31% (n=60). En el caso de la HTA se reportó asociación para la edad 30-39 (RPa: 0.12, IC: 0.02-0.73) y sexo masculino (RPa: 3.5; IC: 1.1-11.28). En el caso de la DM se encontró asociación con los grupos etarios de 40-49 (RPa: 22.47; IC: 3.03-166.66), 50 a 59 (RPa: 32.2, IC: 4.29-241.53) y 60 a más (RPa: 46.87; IC: 6.22-353.41). Conclusiones: No se encontró asociación con la ansiedad ni el estrés laboral y la HTA y DM

Materials and Methods: The Study population were the 12 Educational Institutions of Jaén, Cajamarca with a total sample of 408 participants. A virtual Google form was created that will be distributed via email to the selected teachers, containing 3 sections corresponding to informed consent, the general data collection form and the Tzung anxiety and work stress questionnaires of the WHO. Results: The frequency of HBP was 3.19% (n=13) and DM was 15.93% (n=65). Among those who had AHT, 100% had stress and anxiety, otherwise for DM, anxiety was 96.92% (n=63) and stress was 92.31% (n=60). In the case of HBP, an association was reported for age 30-39 (RPa: 0.12, CI: 0.02-0.73) and male sex (RPa: 3.5; CI: 1.1-11.28). In the case of DM, an association was found with the age groups of 40-49 (RPa: 22.47; IC: 3.03-166.66), 50 to 59 (RPa: 32.2, IC: 4.29-241.53) and 60 and over (RPa: 46.87; CI: 6.22-353.41).
