Los resultados de la investigación se basaron en el diálogo establecido entre las investigadoras y los participantes, develando tres categorías: categoría I Emociones y sentimientos del profesional de enfermería. Respiratory Emergency service. IREN NORTE 2023 qualitative approach with the phenomenological descriptive method. The theoretical approach was based on concepts about nursing care (Watson) and the experiences of said professional (Dilthey). The sample was made up of 10 nurses selected by convenience, and was obtained due to information saturation. For data analysis, the principles of discourse analysis were used.
