Se obtuvo como resultado que el 52% enfermeras asistenciales presenta un riesgo ergonómico muy alto, mientras que un 34% presenta un nivel de riesgo ergonómico alto, y solo el 14 % riesgo ergonómico bajo, referente al desempeño laboral, el 42.8% presentan un desempeño laboral regular, el 34.3% un desempeño laboral bueno y el 22.9% tiene desempeño laboral malo. Concluyendo que existe una relación entre variables pues se encontró un p= 0.042 de la significancia estadística en la prueba de chi cuadrado

The study was descriptive correlational, the sample consisted of 35 participants. The technique used was survey and observation, 2 instruments were applied. The result was that 52% of healthcare nurses present a very high ergonomic risk, while 34% present a high level of ergonomic risk, and only 14% present a low ergonomic risk, referring to work performance with 42.8% presenting a regular job, 34.3% have good job performance and 22.9% have bad job performance.
