El presente trabajo es una investigación que tiene por objetivo dar a conocer que es un Centro Cultural y por qué lo estamos planteando en Chachapoyas evaluando las diferentes variables que obtendremos del proyecto. Manifestando su historia, sus conceptos, teorías y normativas del Distrito de Chachapoyas analizaremos los objetivos generales y específicos para saber qué es lo que se planteará y a que queremos llegar. Partiendo en el punto de Justificación presentaremos la realidad problemática del sector, el planteamiento del problema, la oferta y demanda el cual será el fundamento del Complejo Cultural que es de necesidad y prioridad para esta ciudad. Se realizará un análisis meticuloso en cuanto a los ambientes a determinar consideraremos las áreas correspondientes justificando según la norma, ficha antropométrica o de algún caso análogo. En el punto de anexos expondremos los análisis de casos donde aborda la zonificación y funcionalidad que pueden ser orientados hacia nuestro proyecto, en especial mostrando casos actuales, de la localidad o nacionales para asemejarnos un poco más a la realidad, también las fichas antropométricas de los ambientes que tomaremos en cuenta. De este modo exponiendo los puntos que tocaremos a lo largo de todo el planteamiento y desarrollo de la investigación se fundamenta en una interrogante esencial, siendo ésta lasiguiente ¿Será de importancia el Centro Cultural en la localidad de Chachapoyas para la población, estudiantes y turistas? Esta pregunta se prestará para múltiples respuestas y variados planteamientos el cual será parte de nuestra conclusión |

Manifesting its history, its concepts, theories and regulations of the Chachapoyas District, we will analyze the general and specific objectives to know what will be proposed and what we want to achieve. And starting from the point of Justification, we will present the problematic reality of the sector, the approach to the problem, the supply and the demand, which will be the foundation of the Cultural Complex that is of necessity and priority for this city. Making a meticulous analysis regarding the environments to be determined, we will consider the corresponding areas justifying according to the standard, anthropometric file or some similar case. In the annexes point we will expose the analysis of cases where it addresses the zoning and functionality that can be oriented towards our project, especially showing current cases and local or national cases to resemble a little more to reality, also the anthropometric files of the environments that we will take into account. In this way, exposing the points that we will touch throughout the planning and development of the research is based on an essential question, this being the following: Will the Cultural Center in the town of Chachapoyas be of importance for the population, students and tourists?
